Dripped lessons aren’t showing as "Locked"

If you have scheduled some lessons to be unlocked in your Cohort Workflow, and they are showing as unlocked before they should – please check the following:

1. Is the Cohort Workflow enabled? Upon creation these are set to disabled, but you can enable them using the following switch:

   

2. Are you viewing the course as a admin? Admin level accounts will always see lessons as unlocked, so if you are logged in as an admin you might not be seeing things as a learner would. Please test using a learner level account.
3. Do you have any other plugins or settings controlling the release of LearnDash lessons that may be conflicting?
4. Is your system’s timezone correct? You can check this at the top of each Workflow page:

   

5. Is your theme compatible with LearnDash? Certain custom themes might not have been built to WordPress standards, and therefore might not display some of the notifications around locked lessons.
