I see a "Page not found" or a 404 error when I view registration forms

If you see a “Page not found” or a 404 error when you view registration forms the it’s likely that you need to refresh your WordPress permalinks.

To do this:

1. Head to Settings -> Permalinks from your WordPress dashboard
2. Without making any changes, scroll to the bottom of the page, then click the “Save Changes” button.

Once you have done this, please check your registration form to see if it now displays. If you are still having issues after checking this, please contact support for further help.
