Within here you will find a Troubleshooting section that provides key details about your system that are required for the integration to work. If any of the items in this list are red, then it suggests a problem that may need to be resolved. There is an option to download this information by clicking the Download details button. If you get in touch with a support query we may ask you to send us this information to help us assist with the issue.
