The password in the email sent to learners doesn’t work

Emails sent from WordPress are sent out in plain text by default and this can sometimes conflict with customisations you make to your welcome emails. One solution to this is to enable HTML emails in WordPress.

You can either:

1) Use an email template plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-templates/. We have a short video that shows how to set this up here: https://youtu.be/jlHVF413W3Y
